1. Acceptance of Terms

By using fullcircleyacht.com, submitting a form, contacting us, requesting a quote, booking a charter, or otherwise interacting with Full Circle Yacht, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services through it.

2. Yacht Charter Information

Website content and charter details

Full Circle Yacht provides information about Newport Beach yacht charters, dockside events, holiday deals, seasonal discounts, private cruises, harbor cruises, amenities, and event planning options. Website content is provided for general informational and booking inquiry purposes.

• Availability, pricing, routes, departure details, amenities, catering, and event setup may change based on date, weather, safety requirements, harbor conditions, and operational needs.
• Listed prices, packages, and special offers may be updated or corrected without notice.
• A charter is not confirmed until Full Circle Yacht confirms the booking details and any required payment or deposit terms are satisfied.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guest limits

Private cruising charters accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. Dockside rentals accommodate a maximum of 15 guests.

Safe and respectful yacht use

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, following captain and crew instructions, respecting vessel rules, and complying with all applicable laws while aboard or near the yacht.

• You may be asked to provide accurate contact, billing, guest, and event details.
• Safety instructions from the captain, crew, marina, or harbor authorities must be followed.
• Unsafe conduct, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, property damage, harassment, or interference with operations may result in refusal of service or early termination of the event.

4. Booking, Payment, and Changes

Booking terms, deposits, balances, due dates, cancellation windows, and rescheduling options may vary by charter type, event date, season, holiday demand, catering, and custom setup requirements. Any specific written booking confirmation or invoice terms control if they differ from general website language.

Dockside-only packages and included staff

Dockside-only packages: 1 hour for $750, 2 hours for $1,500, or a 3-hour special for $2,000, plus the mandatory 20% Service Fee. Totals including the Service Fee are $900 for 1 hour, $1,800 for 2 hours, and $2,400 for 3 hours, before any optional gratuity. These packages are NOT cruises. Dockside corporate business events and formal sit-down catered dinners include a bartender and a server. No captain is provided for any dockside booking.

Maximum 15 guests. Only verified corporate business events, podcast recordings, or formal sit-down catered dinners are permitted. Corporate events require proof of business and verification by our team. The yacht does NOT leave the dock or go out onto the water. No large parties or other event types are permitted. Mandatory 20% Service Fee

A mandatory 20% Service Fee is added to the booking price. For cruises, it covers fuel, docking and all applicable taxes, including applicable California taxes. For dockside rentals, it covers docking and all applicable taxes only; no fuel charge applies because the yacht remains at the dock. This is Full Circle Yacht's service charge, not a 20% California tax rate and not a gratuity.

Optional captain and crew gratuity

Gratuity for the captain and crew is entirely optional and left to each guest's discretion. Guests who choose to tip typically give 5% to 15%; this is guidance only, not a minimum or required charge. Guests may tip any amount or leave no tip. For dockside bookings, optional gratuity is for the attending staff; no captain is provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation timing, fees, date-transfer credits, and rescheduling options are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Catered events and harbor cruises require at least 7 calendar days notice, while dockside-only events with no catering require at least 5 calendar days notice. Approved cancellation requests may be handled as a one-time date transfer or booking credit instead of a cash refund.

6. Weather, Safety, and Operational Decisions

Captain and operational discretion

Full Circle Yacht may modify, delay, reschedule, restrict, or cancel a charter when necessary for safety, mechanical, captain discretion, marina restrictions, harbor rules, weather, sea conditions, or legal compliance. Guest preference does not override captain or operational safety decisions.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, images, design, text, logos, page layouts, videos, and Full Circle Yacht branding are owned by or licensed to Full Circle Yacht unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, or commercially reuse site content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Google, maps, social media platforms, analytics tools, forms, payment processors, partners, and vendors. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy policies, or service practices.

9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Circle Yacht is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party platforms, booking inquiries, delays, or service changes. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid directly to Full Circle Yacht for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
