Dockside rentals are for verified corporate business events, podcast recordings, and formal sit-down catered dinners only. Maximum 15 guests; no parties. The yacht stays at the dock and does not go out onto the water; no captain is provided. Corporate events require proof of business and team verification.
Dockside packages are $750 for 1 hour, $1,500 for 2 hours, or $2,000 for the 3-hour special, plus the mandatory 20% Service Fee. The fee covers docking and applicable taxes; no fuel charge applies. Gratuity is entirely optional.
